Good that you are taking action. If your product was stolen, a number of steps must be followed. The first thing you need to do is have your provider block your SIM card. You must then report the theft to the police within 24 hours. The third step is to contact us.

Report the theft
to the police
Report the theft to the police within 24 hours. PLEASE NOTE: the police crime report must include the serial number or IMEI number and the 'Find my iPhone' (only applicable for iPhones) of your item. So take this with you when you report the theft.

Make a theft claim
Call us on 010 – 206 86 86 (NL & ENG) or 078-483793 (FR) and report the theft (Mo to Fri from 8.30 a.m. – 6 p.m. Please have your policy number or certificate number ready when you call.

Assessment of theft claim
To be able to assess the theft we need at least the following: the police crime report with the IMEI or serial number, the 'Find my iPhone' of your item (only for iPhones) and a statement signed by you, in which you explain what happened.

Theft claims procedure
You will receive a written notification within 5 working days. If you are entitled to a replacement, you will receive the same item or an equivalent item.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a policy excess applicable (see policy conditions) and not every claim is covered.

Where can I find my IMEI number?
The IMEI number can be found behind the battery of your item, on the purchase invoice or on the box in which you received the item. If you need the IMEI number of your mobile phone, enter *#06# and click on call. The IMEI number will then appear on your screen.
How do I turn on Lost Mode?
You can turn on Lost Mode or lock a device by logging in with your Apple ID (which you use for iCloud) under 'Find My iPhone'. You can go there by clicking here. In the list ‘All Devices’ select the device that you want to track or lock. If you have 'Family Sharing’ set up, the devices of your family members will be displayed below their name. When you tap 'Actions', there are two options: 'Lost' or 'Lock'. Follow the on-screen instructions.
How can I make a theft claim?
If you need to make a theft claim, please contact our service centre via telephone number 010 - 206 86 86 (NL & ENG) or 078-483793 (FR). Our employees will then assist you further with submitting the theft claim. Please have your policy number and IMEI/serial number ready when you call. You can find the policy number on your policy schedule or on your bank statement under the mandate number.
Do I have an excess?
Yes, there is an excess applicable for each individual claim.
Should I block my SIM card?
Yes, it is very important to have your provider block your SIM card as soon as possible. This prevents the likelihood of unauthorised use of your phone. Below you will find the telephone numbers of the most common providers:
